Where Family Wellness Begins

Prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care is designed to support connection, function, and wellness at every stage of life.

We believe the people who find their way to Woven do so for a reason, and we’re honored to walk alongside you through the season you’re in. Through thoughtful, individualized chiropractic care, our goal is to support you, your children, and your family in building a foundation for lifelong wellness—one that feels personal, connected, and truly your own.

Family Care

Chiropractic care is for every age and stage of life. At Woven, we believe that when each member of the family feels supported and regulated, the whole family can function better together. Our goal is to help create a foundation for greater connection, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

Athlete Care

Whether you’re training, competing, or simply staying active, chiropractic care can help support movement, mobility, recovery, and overall function. At Woven, care is individualized to help your body move well, adapt to physical demands, and keep you doing what you love.

Our Mission

At Woven, our mission is to create a place where every person and every family feels welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for. We believe the people who find their way to Woven do so for a reason, and we’re honored to walk alongside you through the season you’re in.

Our goal is to help make wellness a meaningful part of everyday life and create a strong foundation that can grow with you through every season.

Reserve Your Initial Visit

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and understanding what your body needs. We’ll take time to review your history, complete a thorough assessment, and create a care plan tailored to you. Treatment may also be provided at your first visit when appropriate.

Our Technique

At Woven, care is individualized to the person in front of us. Dr. Hayes uses a variety of chiropractic techniques ranging from traditional manual adjusting to gentle, low-force, and instrument-assisted approaches. The technique used may vary based on age, comfort level, pregnancy, injury, mobility, and what your body needs that day.

Techniques used at Woven include: Diversified, Thompson Drop Table, Activator Methods, Impulse instrument-assisted adjusting, Webster Technique, Logan Basic, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Flexion-Distraction, craniosacral-style techniques, pelvic blocking, extremity adjusting, drop-assisted extremity adjusting, pediatric-specific gentle adjusting, soft-tissue mobilization, trigger-point therapy, and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM).

Whether you prefer a traditional manual adjustment or a gentler approach, care is always tailored to your body, comfort, and goals.

From gentle care for babies and pregnancy to more traditional manual adjusting for adults, the goal is always the same: specific, comfortable care tailored to you.
